Conditions
1. Booking Conditions:
To guarantee your reservation, we require your credit card number and expiry date. No amount will be charged (except for non-refundable rates); the hotel will place a hold on the card used to make the reservation. This standard procedure (authorization) is used to verify that your card is valid and has not been lost or stolen. This amount is temporarily held and will be fully refunded within a maximum of one month after your stay. The hold amount corresponds to the value of one night for stays of 1 to 2 nights, two nights for stays of 3 to 5 nights, three nights for stays of 6 to 8 nights, and four nights for stays of 9 to 12 nights. For stays longer than 12 nights, the hold amount is 50% of the total cost of the stay. Payment for the entire stay is made directly to the establishment upon arrival at the hotel by credit card, holiday vouchers, or cash.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Please find below the cancellation conditions for all reservations made directly (by phone/email) and on the Hotel Vila website (www.vila-hotel.com and https://vilahotel.thais-hotel.com/direct-booking/calendar), unless the Hotel confirms other cancellation conditions in writing (email) that supersede these.
- From January 2nd to June 25th AND from September 1st to December 28th: MONDAY TO THURSDAY:
* In case of cancellation or modification up to 3 days (until 4:00 PM) before the arrival date, the hotel will not charge a fee.
* In case of cancellation or modification between 3 days (from 4:00 PM) and 1 day (noon), the hotel requires 100% of the first night's stay.
* In case of late cancellation (after noon 1 day before arrival) or no-show, the hotel will charge the full amount of the reservation.
- Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays year-round, and from March 30th to April 5th (every day), from June 26th to September 30th (every day), and from December 29th to January 1st (every day) DAYS):
* For cancellations or modifications made up to 10 days (until 4:00 PM) before the arrival date, the hotel will not charge a fee.
* For cancellations or modifications made between 10 days (from 4:00 PM) and 5 days (12:00 PM (noon)), the hotel will charge 100% of the total cost of the stay (1 or 2 nights) or 50% of the total cost of the stay (3 nights or more).
* For late cancellations (after noon 5 days before arrival) or no-shows, The hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation.
