Good to know:
1. Tourist tax: €1.30 per night per adult.
2. Buffet breakfast: €9.50 per person (12 years and over) and €7.50 per child under 12.
3. Free and unlimited Wi-Fi.
4. Free parking (limited to 15 spaces).
5. Cats and dogs are accepted, except for 1st category dogs (attack dogs) and 2nd category dogs (guard and defense dogs) which are not allowed in our establishment.
One animal per room: €10.00 per animal for the entire stay.
6. Accepted payment methods:
- Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Cash.
- ANCV Holiday Vouchers are accepted, but only for bookings made directly at the hotel (They are not accepted for bookings made via third-party websites or travel agencies).
7. Consumer Mediation:
In the event of a dispute relating to the service provided by the Hotel Vila, after having contacted the Management of the establishment and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 1 month, the customer may contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator, whose contact details are given below:
